(Patria) - KJKP Sarajevogas d.o.o Sarajevo was informed today via fax by "Sarajevo-gas" a.d. that from tomorrow (17.12.2022) at 08:00 AM, until Monday (19.12.2022) at 08:00 AM, there will be a reduction in natural gas supply. The reason given, without further details, were "technical shortcomings" on the main gas pipeline owned by "Sarajevo-gas" a.d.
Is this the beginning of an attempt to take over the market and the problems that are yet to arise?
"We inform our valued users that from 08:00 AM on 17.12.2022 (Saturday) until 08:00 AM on 19.12.2022 (Monday), there will be a reduction in natural gas supply due to technical shortcomings on the main gas pipeline owned by "Sarajevo-gas" a.d.
All users who have the possibility are asked to use alternative fuel from 17.12.2022 until the supply is normalized, and others to reduce their natural gas consumption to a minimum, in order to maintain the functionality and safety of the gas system.
Users are obliged to take all necessary safety measures in case of a possible interruption of gas supply in order to protect property," according to the website of "Sarajevo-gas" a.d. Istočno Sarajevo.
"Sarajevo-gas" a.d. will proceed with the implementation of the "Plan of Measures in Case of General Natural Gas Shortage", i.e., it will proceed with the interruption of supply to certain categories of users.
"Sarajevogas" d.o.o Sarajevo will undertake all necessary measures to ensure the supply of natural gas to consumers in the Sarajevo Canton, in accordance with available quantities.
