As of August 26, dairies Milkos, Meggle, Livno and Mlijekoprodukt can export to the EU

The official website of the European Commission today published a list of dairies from BiH whose products can be exported to the EU, and these are "Milkos" d.d. Sarajevo, "MLJEKARA LIVNO" d.o.o Livno, "MEGGLE MLJEKARA" d.o.o. Bihać and "Mlijekoprodukt" d.o.o. Kozarska Dubica, announced the Ministry of Foreign Trade and Economic Relations of Bosnia and Herzegovina, reports the BiH news agency Patria.

The aforementioned list comes into effect on August 26, 2015, from which date the listed dairies can freely export their products to EU countries, as well as transport their products through EU territory to other markets.

The Veterinary Office of BiH submitted a request to the European Commission – Directorate-General for Health and Consumers on July 9 this year for the inclusion of four dairies from BiH that meet the conditions for exporting milk and milk products to the EU.
