Obradović: Those responsible for the destruction of the mine are a matter for the prosecutor's offices

SARAJevo, (Patria) - Regarding the media reports that "the closure of the two largest mining pits in Zenica is imminent, and that about 700 miners will be left jobless, the Independent Bloc MP in the FBiH Parliament Amer Obradović has requested the general director of Elektroprivreda BiH, Bajazit Jašarević, to have the company submit reports on the operations of the Zenica Brown Coal Mine (RMU) for the period 2009-2019, for the last 10 years, as well as information on whether taxes and obligations to employees in RMU Zenica have been duly paid.

If the payments have not been made, who decided and when not to pay these obligations?

"After the House of Representatives of the Parliament of the Federation and the Government of the FBiH adopted a series of conclusions on the situation and the need to implement a series of measures to stabilize the operations of the mines within the Elektroprivreda BiH concern, the Independent Bloc will insist on establishing the facts about who is responsible for the poor state of the mines, and whose people and cadres destroyed the industry and public enterprises of this country. Those who did it and on whose orders should be a matter for the prosecutor's offices, not to continue holding the most responsible positions in BiH," stated Amer Obradović, MP of the Independent Bloc in the House of Representatives of the Parliament of Bosnia and Herzegovina.
