Obradović: How Elektroprivreda HZ HB Awarded 200,000 KM Each to Zrinjski and Široki

SARAJEVO, (Patria) - Representative of the Independent Bloc in the House of Representatives of the FBiH Parliament, Amer Obradović, has asked the Federal Legal Affairs Directorate questions regarding the award of 200,000 KM each to football clubs Zrinjski and Široki, based on tenders published by Elektroprivreda HZHB.

“Given that these are huge funds from a public company, where the Federation of BiH is the majority owner, the FBiH must protect its interest and the legality of the mentioned procedure, and it is necessary to verify this media information and take necessary actions in case of irregularities.”

Obradović also sent a question to JP Roads of FBiH, requesting information on all tenders, procurements, and signed contracts that JP Roads of FBiH has entered into with firms/companies for the construction, reconstruction, modernization, and supervision of main roads/tunnels/bridges/viaducts and all traffic routes within the jurisdiction of JP Roads of FBiH for the period from 01/01/2015 to 05/01/2020.

“I request that you provide me with a list of all realized contracts and tenders, as well as information on contract annexes, and information on contracts that were not completed within the given deadlines, and on the consequences for the business,” Obradović stated in his request.

He reminded that he asked the same question on July 8, 2019, and has not received an answer to date, which is a gross violation of legal regulations and obligations in the FBiH.
