Anniversary of the murders of the Tatarević and Dragnić families marked

By laying flowers and paying respects, the anniversary of the murders of the Tatarević and Dragnić families was marked today at Musala Street number 1, in the Centar Municipality. On that occasion, on behalf of the City of Sarajevo, city councilor Alija Hodžić paid his respects and laid flowers at the site of the tragedy, reports the Patria news agency.

On this day in 1994, six members of the Tatarević and Dragnić families, including two children, were killed by a shell fired from aggressor positions.

On that tragic day, Asja and Nadan Tatarević, their mother Dženana, father Adnan, and Nadžija and Veseljko Dragnić lost their lives, while Mensur Dragnić was seriously wounded.

The commemoration of the sad anniversary was attended by members of the murdered families, as well as representatives of the Association of Parents of Killed Children of Besieged Sarajevo 1992-1995 and the Centar Municipality.
