Tenth anniversary of the murder of police officer Muhidin Pivodić marked

(Patria) - Marking the tenth anniversary of the murder of police officer Muhidin Pivodić, delegations from the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Sarajevo Canton, the Police Administration of the MUP KS, the Police Union of KS, led by Minister Admir Katica, Head of the Uniformed Police Sector Džafer Hrvat, and President of the Police Union of KS Sadik Ećo, together with the family of the murdered policeman and colleagues from all police administrations, as well as representatives of the Municipality of Novi Grad Sarajevo and the Orthodox Church, visited the memorial in the settlement of Reljevo and the Bare cemetery today, remembering the tragic event with reverence.  

By laying flowers and paying tribute, all present expressed their moral and professional obligation to preserve the memory of their tragically fallen colleague Pivodić, as well as other police officers who gave their lives while performing their duties honorably, conscientiously, and professionally, for the benefit of all citizens of Sarajevo Canton.

Then, at the Bare cemetery, the delegations visited the grave, where flowers were also laid and due tribute was paid to colleague Pivodić.
