Nurkić condemns attack on returnees: We are all Fadil and Ajša Memišević!

(Patria) - NBA player Jusuf Nurkić condemned the attack on returnees in Višegrad, Fadil and Ajša Memišević. 

"We are all Fadil and Ajša Memišević! Various DUDUCI are unfortunately sending harsh messages, how pathetic must you be to beat up Fadil and Ajša who are in their eighth decade of life!

He also published a statement by Bilal Memišević, president of the Medžlis of the Islamic Community in Višegrad.

"They were attacked on the first day of Ramadan, disfigured, their house turned upside down. They could not even defend themselves. The attack on them sends a message to those in their status, so the anxiety of the returnees should be understood."

Nurkić added:

"We will see whether it will be covered by the media and whether anyone will be held accountable," Nurkić stated.
