NSRS adopted the Budget Rebalance in the amount of 3.613 billion KM

SARAJEVO, (Patria) - The National Assembly of Republika Srpska confirmed 19 decrees issued by the President of RS during the state of emergency and decisions on the cessation of decrees with the force of law at its 13th special session on Saturday.

The entity parliament adopted the Rebalance of the Budget of Republika Srpska for 2020 - under an urgent procedure, which increased the budget by 188 million KM to 3.613 billion KM, and the Law on Amendments to the Law on Budget Execution of Republika Srpska for this year, under an urgent procedure, the NSRS announced.

A Decision on amending the Decision on long-term borrowing of Republika Srpska for 2020 and a Decision on accepting the borrowing of Republika Srpska from the World Bank - International Bank for Reconstruction and Development for additional financing of property registration projects (9048-BA) were adopted.

We remind you that the NSRS adopted the Decision on the abolition of the state of emergency for the territory of Republika Srpska at its 13th special session on Thursday, May 21st.
 
The deputies also adopted the Conclusion which reads: "The National Assembly of Republika Srpska notes that the Chief Coordination Team, the Republican Crisis Staff, the President of the Republic and the Government of the Republic of Srpska performed their duties with maximum dedication and efficiency in the emergency situation and state of emergency, declared due to the COVID-19 pandemic, and that the timely actions of the aforementioned bodies preserved public health of the citizens of Republika Srpska and maintained economic activity".

This Conclusion was proposed by the parliamentary groups of SNSD, DNS, DEMOS, NDP, US, SPS, and the SP Parliamentary Group.
