NSRS adopted the budget for 2022 worth 4 billion KM

(Patria) - The National Assembly of Republika Srpska adopted the budget of Republika Srpska for 2022 in the amount of 4.024 billion KM and the Law on Execution of the Budget for 2022 at an extraordinary session under an urgent procedure.

The budget for 2022 is eight million KM higher than the rebalanced budget for 2021.

The Minister of Finance of Republika Srpska, Zora Vidović, said in her closing remarks in the National Assembly on this agenda item that the budget includes funds for potential costs if acts on the return of RS competencies transferred to the BiH level come into force next year, and institutions are established in the areas of indirect taxation, army, judiciary...

The session was also marked by a heated debate among opposition representatives who claim the budget is not developmental.

Representatives of the OHR were not allowed to attend the NSRS session.
