NSRS: An Inquiry Committee formed to establish facts in the case of David Dragičević's death

BANJA LUKA; (Patria) - The National Assembly of Republika Srpska, at a special session that lasted all day, considered one item on the agenda - the security situation in Banja Luka and RS - "Justice for David - justice for all".

The National Assembly of Republika Srpska made a decision to form an Inquiry Committee in order to review all the facts related to the case of the death of young David Dragičević. Branislav Borenović was appointed President of the Committee, and his deputy will be Drago Kalabić. The members of the committee are Nedeljko Glamočak, Milanko Mihajilica, and Goran Đorđić.

The Parliament obliged the Inquiry Committee to inform the National Assembly about the established facts within a month. The Assembly also adopted 16 conclusions, proposed by the parliamentary groups of SNSD, DNS, SP, SDS - K, and two independent MPs. The Assembly requested that the investigation into the Dragičević case be expedited, emphasizing the role and responsibility of the prosecution. MPs rejected any form of politicization of the tragic case. The Government of Srpska was asked to proceed with amending the regulations governing the procedure for searching for missing persons.

The opposition's proposals were not accepted, and the dismissal of the Minister of Internal Affairs, Dragan Lukač, was requested.
