American police officer Brad Miller shot an African-American teenager in Texas. The police reported that the teenager broke the glass of a car dealership's display window with a car, reports the Patria news agency.

Officer Miller completed police academy training four months ago and was working in the field under the supervision of a more experienced colleague. The police also reported that they do not have video footage of the incident because the pilot program requiring all officers to wear body cameras has not yet been launched, said police spokesperson Rodriguez.

The father of the deceased said that his son never had problems and that the police should never have killed his son.
