New Head of OSCE Mission in First Visit to the Prosecutor's Office of BiH

Acting Chief Prosecutor of the Prosecutor's Office of BiH, Gordana Tadić, met and spoke with the Head of the OSCE Mission to BiH, Bruce G. Berton, who visited the Prosecutor's Office of BiH today.

The meeting discussed the past and future cooperation between the OSCE Mission to BiH and the Prosecutor's Office of BiH. Acting Chief Prosecutor Tadić informed Ambassador Berton about the previous work and achieved results of the Prosecutor's Office of BiH in prosecuting war crimes, organized crime, terrorism, and other criminal offenses within the jurisdiction of the Prosecutor's Office of BiH.

Given that the OSCE Mission is involved in activities related to strengthening the rule of law in BiH, the Acting Chief Prosecutor thanked for the implemented activities and provided support to the Prosecutor's Office of BiH in strengthening the rule of law, and stated that she believes good cooperation will continue in the future.

The Prosecutor's Office of BiH, since its establishment in 2003, has had good and intensive cooperation with the OSCE Mission to BiH in the process of strengthening the rule of law and judicial reform.
