Jihadists attacked the Radisson Blu hotel in Mali's capital Bamako, AFP reports. There are 170 people inside.
Intelligence sources confirmed that two armed attackers took hostages, but their number has not been officially confirmed. Gunshots were heard from the hotel several times, and the attack was initiated by two jihadists.
According to unofficial information available to AFP, three people were killed in the shooting, and the hostage crisis is ongoing.
