A 25-year-old girl reportedly detonated herself in front of a historic mosque in the Turkish city of Bursa, reports Independent, as carried by the Patria news agency.
According to footage from social media, people are seen fleeing the attack site in panic. Local media reports indicate that at least one person has been killed and six others wounded.
No one has yet claimed responsibility for this attack. The Grand Mosque, in front of which the attack occurred, is a historic monument of early Ottoman architecture, located in the center of Bursa and surrounded by cafes and shops, writes Index.
