New bomb threats in Sarajevo: Several locations being checked

(Patria) - Bomb threats were reported again this morning in the capital of Bosnia and Herzegovina at multiple locations.

According to Hayat.ba, new bomb threats arrived this morning in Sarajevo schools.

- Checks are underway in several schools in the Sarajevo Canton area - Mersiha Novalić, spokesperson for the Sarajevo Canton Ministry of Internal Affairs, told Hayat.ba.

She reminds that in the past two weeks, a total of ten individuals, high school students from the Sarajevo Canton area, were apprehended for sending false reports about planted explosive devices. Of the 10 arrested, nine are minors and one is an adult student.

Furthermore, reports of criminal offenses have been filed against 17 individuals - students.

According to unofficial information, the schools where bomb threats were reported are the Secondary Medical School at Jezero, the Secondary Mechanical Technical School, and one elementary school in Vogošća.
