Financial Funds from the City Budget Current Reserve Transferred to the Accounts of Tuzla Kvarc Employees

In accordance with the agreement with the workers of the company Tuzla Kvarc d.d. Tuzla, and the agreement reached yesterday, the Mayor of Tuzla, Jasmin Imamović, made a Decision on allocating funds from the City Budget Current Reserve, as one-time financial assistance for 35 employees of the Tuzla Kvarc company, in the total amount of 8,750.00 KM, or 250.00 KM for each employee.

The decision has been executed, and the approved financial funds have been transferred to the accounts of the employees of Tuzla Kvarc d.d. Tuzla.

Depending on which commercial bank the employees have accounts with, the funds will be available during today or tomorrow.

We remind you that the workers had been on a hunger strike for a long time, and the situation culminated yesterday when the workers threatened suicide by jumping from the Silos.
