Prime Minister of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina Fadil Novalić told reporters in Sarajevo today that all conditions have been met to start negotiations with unions on forming new sectoral collective agreements.
These agreements will also entail certain reforms. Some of these reforms include reducing salary costs in the public sector. Reducing salary costs will mean, Novalić said, either lowering employees' salaries or maintaining the same salaries while reducing the number of employees, NAP reports.
