Novalić presented the 2021 Budget to delegates

SARAJevo, (Patria) - Federal Prime Minister Fadil Novalić told the delegates of the House of Peoples of the FBiH Parliament today that the proposed budget of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina for 2021 contains all the elements for stabilizing the situation, but also for creating preconditions for long-term recovery. Delegates are considering the 2021 budget under an urgent procedure, and the House of Representatives of the FBiH Parliament adopted it yesterday.

Prime Minister Novalić said that the Budget will be remedial, primarily concerning GDP and jobs, the number of which has decreased since the beginning of the pandemic in FBiH, and later increased thanks to the 'corona law' and other measures taken, but is still lower than at the beginning of the crisis, which the Prime Minister says is reminiscent of earlier crisis times in terms of economic consequences, even of the historical crisis from the first half of the 20th century.

The total proposed budget amount for the Federation of BiH in 2021 is 5,481,251,899 KM, which is 27.7 million less than this year's budget, or more precisely, than the rebalancing carried out in April.
