(Patria) - Russia is ready for a new relationship with the United States, but the ball is on the other side, says Russian Deputy Prime Minister Alexander Novak.
- Russia has never turned its back on the United States. We are ready and open for a new relationship.
The ball is in their court - Novak said in an interview with NBC News on the sidelines of the St. Petersburg International Economic Forum (SPIEF), as reported by TASS.
Novak added that Moscow remains open to improving relations with Washington.
