New tragedy in Serbia: Two children died in a fire

(Patria) - In Stara Moravica, municipality of Bačka Topola, a fire broke out this morning around 8:20 AM, in which two minors, aged one and three, lost their lives.

Upon receiving the report of the fire, all teams were dispatched to the scene in Stara Moravica, and upon arrival at 8:23 AM, it was determined that the fire had engulfed three rooms in the residential building.

The fire was localized at 8:43 AM, after which the bodies of two children were recovered.

According to unofficial information from RTS, two children managed to escape the house and save themselves from the fire.

This is the second tragedy to strike Serbia in just two days. Let us recall that on Sunday, four children died in a fire in Novi Pazar, while their parents were seriously injured.
