New stain on the international community: Israel must be punished for the murder of an 18-month-old baby

The Palestinian community in Bosnia and Herzegovina condemns the crime targeted at the Dawabsheh family home, at dawn on Friday near Nablus, when the house was attacked and a Molotov cocktail was thrown at it.

In the ensuing fire, 18-month-old baby Saad Dawabsheh lost his life, while his brother Ahmed (4 years old) and his parents suffered third-degree burns.

For the Palestinian Community in BiH, this crime demonstrates the level of aggression by Israeli settlers. They claim that everything happening to the Palestinian people falls within the framework of carefully planned activities aimed at killing everything Palestinian.

- Palestinian children and infants are not safe from the killings, torture, and detention carried out by the Israeli occupation authorities – says Majed Maarouf, president of the Palestinian Community in BiH.

The Palestinian community in Bosnia and Herzegovina rejects the idea of Palestinians being victims of occupation and the crimes of the occupier, and believes that resistance to occupation is not only the right of Palestinians but also a duty within the framework of self-defense and the struggle for rights.

The Palestinian community calls on the international community to intervene and punish Israelis for all crimes, emphasizing that this crime will be a stain on the international community if it goes unpunished, and that by not punishing it, the Israeli army will remain above the law of the international community.
