New arrests in "Visa" operation

(Patria) - In continuation of activities within the case codenamed "Visa", police officers of the State Investigation and Protection Agency (SIPA) today (07/18/2019) in the area of East Sarajevo, arrested one person on grounds of suspicion of committing the criminal offense under Article 342, Paragraph (2) of the Criminal Code of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina, "Organized Crime", in connection with the criminal offenses "Forgery of Documents" under Article 373, Paragraph (2) and "Unauthorized Production and Trafficking of Narcotic Drugs" under Article 238, Paragraph (1) of the same law.

The suspect was brought to SIPA premises and is currently undergoing criminal processing, after which they will be handed over to the jurisdiction of the Cantonal Prosecutor's Office of Zenica-Doboj Canton within the legal deadline.
