Cinema Night in Sarajevo Attracted Over 4,000 Visitors

(Patria) - This year's Cinema Night in Sarajevo attracted more than 4,000 visitors.

Cinema Night, with free admission to eight cinemas in Sarajevo, was organized by Sarajevo UNESCO City of Film and the City of Sarajevo for the third year in a row.

Citizens and tourists of Sarajevo had the opportunity to visit and enjoy films at various times from 5 PM to midnight at the following locations: Center for Children and Youth, Cineplexx, CineStar, House of Culture Ilidža - Kino Igman, Free Kino Valter, Meeting Point Cinema, Kino Novi Grad, and Kinoteka BiH.

On Wednesday, December 27, more than 4,000 visitors attended Cinema Night at these cinemas.

- We are happy that we had the opportunity to realize this project for the third time, which has been recognized and successfully achieved thanks to the citizens of Sarajevo and tourists who are in the city during the New Year holidays.

As a gift to all of them, Cinema Night is organized by Sarajevo UNESCO City of Film and the City of Sarajevo, together with this year's project partners Mastercard and UNIQA Insurance, and we can proudly say that we had an exceptionally successful Cinema Night again this year.

We thank everyone who contributed to this project - stated Ines Radić, Project Manager of Sarajevo UNESCO City of Film.

The City of Sarajevo was declared a UNESCO City of Film in 2019.

As a proud member of the UNESCO Global Creative Cities Network, the City of Sarajevo, through its creative field of film, strives to offer rich and diverse cultural and film content accessible to all citizens and visitors of Sarajevo, supporting the organization of the Cinema Night event.
