Supervisory Board of ŽFBiH satisfied with cooperation with company management

Representatives of the Supervisory Board of ŽFBiH and the Management of ŽFBiH held their 17th and final session of the current year in Sarajevo on Wednesday. After considering the current issues, the participants of the session assessed the work of the Supervisory Board so far as extremely successful, especially due to the fact that, immediately after its constitution, they faced a series of backlogs, as ŽFBiH operated for as long as 11 months without a Supervisory Board, it was announced from the company, reports the BH News Agency Patria.

- Despite everything, the Supervisory Board of ŽFBiH, during the 17 sessions held, made a series of decisions, the most significant of which are: Decision on the VII amendments and additions to the Statute of JP ŽFBiH, Decision on the XIII amendments and additions to the Rulebook on Work of JP ŽFBiH, and Decision on the consolidated text of the Rulebook on Work.

One of the complicating circumstances for the work of the Supervisory Board was the fact that ŽFBiH operated without management for a longer period, which significantly complicated and slowed down technological processes. With the final appointment of the Management of ŽFBiH, the prerequisites have been met for this public company, together with the Supervisory Board, to be fully available to the economy and society of Bosnia and Herzegovina.
