An unknown person (lost) NATO and agreed to implement the Ljubić verdict, while ignoring the Komšić verdict

It took seventeen days for Nermin Nikšić, Elmedin Konaković, Edin Forto, Semir Efendić, Nermin Ogrešević, Elzina Pirić, Damir Marjanović, and Fuad Kasumović to abandon NATO integration of Bosnia and Herzegovina.

“Because everything,” explained the president of SDP BiH, Nermin Nikšić, at a press conference, “that we have been talking about for days contains the story of Euro-Atlantic.”

A short pause followed. An inarticulate sound, called “hemze” in Arabic, came out of Nermin Nikšić’s mouth. Then he continued: “European integration. We have explained the Atlantic ones, here is President Dodik.”

What the nine presidents (Osmorka plus HDZ) said on November 29th of this year no longer holds true. Because there is only one “President Dodik.”

“Guidelines, Principles, and Objectives in Executive and Legislative Power for the Period 2022-2026,” is the title of the first chapter of the Agreement signed on November 29th of this year by the leaders of the Osmorka parties and HDZ BiH.

Point number 1 is titled “EURO-ATLANTIC INTEGRATIONS.”

“Guidelines, Principles, and Objectives in Executive and Legislative Power at the BiH Level for the Period 2022-2026,” reads the title of the first chapter of the Agreement signed on December 15th by leaders Nermin Nikšić, Milorad Dodik, and Dragan Čović.

Point number 1 is titled: EUROPEAN INTEGRATIONS

Agreement of the Nine (Osmorka plus HDZ) with SNSD, 15.12.2022.

Nermin Nikšić did not get to explain why the “Atlantic” integrations disappeared. He only said – “President Dodik explained it.”

“The signatories of this agreement (the Nine and SNSD) are committed to:

a) promptly implement, and no later than six (6) months from the establishment of power at all levels, limited amendments to the BiH Constitution and adopt amendments to the Election Law of BiH in accordance with the decision of the Constitutional Court of BiH and the judgments of the European Court of Human Rights. This measure includes reforms that will protect collective rights and individual rights in accordance with the Constitution of BiH and the decision of the Constitutional Court of BiH, and in accordance with the judgments of the European Court of Human Rights (Presidency of Bosnia and Herzegovina and Houses of Peoples),” reads the Agreement of SNSD, HDZ, and SDP.

Pay attention to this – “decision of the Constitutional Court of BiH.” It is, therefore, singular, which means that the signatories of the agreement were thinking of only one decision of the Constitutional Court of BiH related to electoral legislation. And the Constitutional Court of BiH has made two decisions regarding electoral legislation. The first was made at the request of the member of the BiH Presidency, Željko Komšić, and it relates to the election of the (vice)president of the Federation of BiH and Republika Srpska (introducing others into the right). The second decision of the Constitutional Court of BiH is the one made at the request of Božo Ljubić, and it relates to the filling of the House of Peoples of the FBiH.

Now pay attention to the last two words in parentheses. It says “Houses of Peoples.” This means that the leaders of SDP, HDZ, and SNSD have agreed on the implementation of ONE decision of the Constitutional Court of BiH that relates to the Houses of Peoples, and that is the decision made at the request of – Božo Ljubić. The priority of the Osmorka, HDZ, and SNSD will be the implementation of the Ljubić verdict. Without the implementation of the Komšić verdict.

“The parties to this agreement undertake to transparently inform about investments,” reads point d., of item 3 of the Agreement of the Osmorka, SNSD, and HDZ BiH.

What exactly does “transparently inform about investments” mean? Does “informing about investments” mean only formally “acquainting with investments” and bypassing procedures when making necessary decisions? Probably only “President Dodik” knows the answer to this question too.
