Two brothers from Kosovo were arrested by German police on suspicion of planning an attack on the country's largest shopping center in Oberhausen, near the border with the Netherlands, reports Telegraph, as carried by Patria.
The brothers, aged 28 and 31, were arrested in the German city of Duisburg, after the security alert was raised to the highest level across the country due to the terrorist attack in Berlin.
"At 00:45, special units in Duisburg detained two men," the Essen police announced.
