Level of trust between Iran and the US is at zero, attacks on American companies announced

(Patria) - The level of trust between Iran and the United States is at zero, stated Iranian Foreign Minister Abbas Araghchi, adding that his country currently sees no reason to trust the US, writes Al Jazeera.

"We have no faith that negotiations with the US will yield any results. The level of trust is at zero," Araghchi said.

"We do not see sincerity," he concluded.

The minister said that Iran "will not agree to a ceasefire" and calls for a "complete cessation of war throughout the region".

Iran continues to receive messages from Steve Witkoff, but this does not mean that negotiations are underway, the minister stated.

No formal negotiations are underway with any specific party, and the exchange of messages is being conducted through the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in coordination with security institutions.

The Iranian Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) has announced a deadline after which it plans to launch attacks on American companies in the Middle East. According to Iranian state media, the deadline is tomorrow at 8 PM Tehran time.

"You have ignored our repeated warnings about the need to stop terrorist operations, and today, as a result of the terrorist attacks carried out by you and your Israeli allies, a number of Iranian citizens have been killed. Since the key elements in planning and monitoring targets for liquidation are American ICT and AI companies, in response to these terrorist operations, from now on, the main institutions that effectively participate in terrorist operations will be considered legitimate targets," the IRGC stated.

State media also published a list of American companies that the Iranian Revolutionary Guard Corps might allegedly target, including numerous well-known companies.

Among the 18 companies listed by the IRGC in its threat are Microsoft, Google, Apple, Intel, IBM, Tesla, Palantir, Boeing.
