Independent Bloc: Support for persons in self-isolation, especially the elderly and those living alone

SARAJEVO, (Patria) - The Independent Bloc calls on citizens who are in self-isolation during this pandemic, especially the elderly, pensioners, and those living alone who have no one to buy groceries for them, to contact our activists in local communities for assistance.

Activists of the Independent Bloc will gladly be at their disposal, just as they were in March and April when they helped hundreds of citizens navigate through the lockdown and curfew.

In the coming days, we will publish the names and contacts of volunteers by municipality in BiH on our local FB pages, whom you will be able to contact directly.

We call on everyone to behave responsibly and act in accordance with the recommendations of the competent institutions, to be cautious and show solidarity, which we all need at this time, and we call on all local authorities to urgently form teams within their services that will be available to every citizen who needs this assistance during the pandemic and self-isolation.
