(Patria) - Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu is expected to leave the hospital today, his office announced yesterday.
Netanyahu arrived at the hospital late Sunday for hernia surgery, at a time when the war in Gaza is approaching its sixth month of fighting.
The Israeli Prime Minister "is feeling very well and continues to carry out his daily activities from the hospital, including consultations and discussions," his office stated.
They added that he is expected to leave the hospital on Tuesday afternoon.
Netanyahu (74) has been hospitalized several times recently due to health problems, and last year he had a "pacemaker" implanted.
