Accident in Novi Grad: 22-year-old cyclist seriously injured

Ten minutes past midnight tonight, at the intersection of Bulevar Meše Selimovića and IX Transverzala streets, in the Sarajevo municipality of Novi Grad, a traffic accident occurred, writes the Patria News Agency.

A cyclist, Č.A., born in 1994 from Sarajevo, sustained serious bodily injuries in a collision between a bicycle and a Peugeot 20T. Medical assistance was provided to him at the Emergency Center of the University Clinical Center Sarajevo.

The car was driven by L.K., born in 1987 from Ilidža. An investigation was conducted by members of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Sarajevo Canton, and the duty prosecutor of the Cantonal Prosecutor's Office of Sarajevo was informed about the accident.
