Nešković with Mladić in '94 attacked Goražde, today makes life difficult for returnees!?

Miroslav Nešković, the current head of the Department for Spatial Planning and Housing-Communal Affairs in Višegrad, whom returnees from this municipality accuse of doing everything to make their lives difficult, was allegedly side by side with war criminal Ratko Mladić during the Serbian aggression against Bosnia and Herzegovina, when members of the Army of Republika Srpska attacked Goražde in 1994, as recorded by a Tanjug camera, reports the Bosnian news agency Patria (NAP).

According to the testimony of surviving Višegrad residents, the footage also shows Nešković, who, along with other soldiers, listens to Mladić's instructions on how to direct the army to the hill above the village of Blagojević near Goražde, in order to prevent the extraction (of Bosniak civilians and members of the Army of the Republic of Bosnia and Herzegovina, editor's note) but also an attack from the direction of Prača.

Nešković now works as the head of the Department for Spatial Planning and Housing-Communal Affairs in Višegrad, and returnees claim that it is precisely Nešković who is one of those doing everything to make life as difficult as possible for returnees in Višegrad.

Nešković was allegedly one of the biggest opponents of the reconstruction of the house of Sumbulka Zeba, in which seventy Bosniaks were burned during the Serbian aggression against Bosnia and Herzegovina.

Furthermore, Nešković, as a construction expert, was one of the key people who contributed to the Court in Višegrad issuing a controversial verdict a few days ago, according to which returnee to Višegrad, grandmother Muniza Obrašić, must pay around 20,000 KM to the Serbian Jokić family from Pale, who lived in her house before grandmother's return to Višegrad.

According to the verdict of the court in Višegrad, Muniza must pay the Jokić family 20,000 KM because they invested financial resources in her house during their stay in it, writes NAP.
