Irresponsible Citizens Report False Fires

A vehicle from the Sarajevo Professional Fire Brigade was dispatched around 7 p.m. this evening to Kolodvorska Street in Pofalići following a report that a car was on fire, but the report turned out to be false, writes the Bosnian news agency Patria.

As confirmed to Patria by the duty officer from the Sarajevo Professional Fire Brigade, the call for intervention was made by K. Ć., who has previously provided false information.

- Such things throw us off balance. We are here, always on standby, but this is not okay. Of course, the team went to the scene, but they found nothing - said the duty officer.

Incidentally, today firefighters had one intervention in Sedrenik where a chimney was burning, and they are on standby 24 hours a day, writes NAP.
