(In)justice of the BiH Prosecutor's Office: Dudaković not allowed to receive award in Bihać, Savčić never 'off' RTRS

The double standards promoted by the BiH Prosecutor's Office towards the accused are an act of what is called equalizing the sides in BiH, equalizing the aggressor and the victim. This is currently unacceptable but is being implemented.

We were not all the same in the defense of BiH against aggression, as the guys of the Fifth Corps know, who, in Operation Sana led by General Atif Dudaković, liberated the temporarily occupied territory from the aggressor and ultimately ensured the survival of BiH. They are being tried for a legal military operation.

They are being tried by those prosecutors who would have no place to work if BiH had not survived. The members of the Army of the Republic of BiH were the only legal military organization in the Krajina region at the time, and only they are being tried. In one word, this is called INJUSTICE.

It is also an injustice that General Atif Dudaković is banned from attending the ceremony where he is to be awarded the Charter of the City of Bihać, because the Prosecutor's Office objects, citing restrictive measures, as he might encounter a witness at the event. Yet, Milomir Savčić, accused of aiding genocide, has no such restrictions! Prosecutor Vedrana Mijović, otherwise the daughter of SNSD's Slavko Jovičić, opposed Dudaković's appearance at the gathering. It was clearly stated that he would not speak, only receive the award.

From the very beginning of the trial, Dudaković has been banned from public commentary and media appearances, while Savčić effectively edits shows on RTRS, appears as a guest almost every other night, and, on top of all that, regularly performs his duties as president of the Veterans' Organization of Republika Srpska (BORS).

Should the BiH Prosecutor's Office and the public be reminded that the Dudaković and others case is not on the A-list of the Hague Tribunal? The question of where the 850 cases from the Hague Tribunal's 'A-list' are remains open to this day.

It is indisputable that everyone should be held accountable for committed crimes.

But there must be order. How else can one explain to people that at the Court of BiH, the period before 1995 and the suffering of Bosniaks and Croats in besieged Bihać cannot be mentioned? How can one explain to normal people that, for example, for Goražde, no indictment has been raised against those forces that shelled and killed in Goražde, while numerous indictments are raised against people who defended Goražde?

Let them say it, let the Prosecutor's Office explain it if it can.
