The Council of Ministers of BiH has determined and will send to the Parliamentary Assembly of BiH for urgent adoption the Bill amending the Law on Salaries and Benefits in the Institutions of Bosnia and Herzegovina, which confirms the freezing of salaries in BiH institutions, Patria reports.
In this way, the successive possibility of advancement within the pay grade of civil servants is postponed until 2018, or 2019 and 2020, whereby the Council of Ministers of BiH maintains salaries and benefits in BiH institutions at the previously achieved level.
