Once Paid by Milošević's Army, Today in Important Positions in OSA, SIPA, BiH Armed Forces...

A fierce campaign has been launched by certain media outlets from Republika Srpska against “SDA war cadres” who are now in positions, and this is happening at the same time as all “available media weapons are firing” at the revision of the verdict by which Serbia was convicted for failing to prevent genocide and not punishing perpetrators of genocide, writes Patria.

The masterminds of this campaign forget that the “SDA war cadres” defended this country, while the RS government, led by RS President Milorad Dodik, awards recognitions to convicted war criminals.

A questionable war past adorns a considerable number of today’s high-ranking politicians in RS, as well as leaders of police agencies.

Nenad Stevandić, Deputy Speaker of the National Assembly of RS, was a member of the war staff of the “Autonomous Region of Krajina of the Serbian Republic of BiH”, along with convicted war criminal Radoslav Brđanin, General Momir Talić, Stojan Župljanin, Rajko Kuzmanović (the current President of RS)... and numerous others.

At that time, he was allegedly already commanding the Serbian Defense Forces (SOS), which roamed Banja Luka and Krajina, systematically persecuting Bosniaks and Croats, looting, burning, blowing up, killing…

In war footage of the Army of Republika Srpska attacking the suburbs of Bihać, the current Minister of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Republika Srpska, Dragan Lukač, can be seen. He was the wartime commander of the Banja Luka detachment of the Special Brigade of the RS Police, which carried out this attack in 1994.

The Special Police of RS will be remembered for numerous committed crimes. Dragan Lukač was seriously wounded in 1995 on the Sarajevo battlefield.

A video shows Lukač and his soldiers mistreating a captured young man, Nedžad Dizdarević. Lukač, as heard and seen in the video, ordered Nedžad to be taken away. The unfortunate young man was slaughtered after being taken away.

The war biography of the long-time head of the Trebinje police, and later director of SIPA, Goran Zubac, is full of blemishes.

He is linked to crimes committed in the area of the Sarajevo municipality of Ilidža.

Today, SNSD state representative, former Chairman of the Council of Ministers and Minister of Finance and Treasury, Nikola Špirić, has changed five political parties during his career, and he began actively engaging in politics in 1993 as a member of Šešelj’s Serbian Radical Party.

It is precisely from that period that the picture dates, on which Špirić is seen in the company of Vojislav Šešelj somewhere in Prijedor, where, as a reminder, there were no military operations, but more than 3,000 Bosniaks were killed. This picture was available on the internet for a long time, but it suddenly disappeared.

In last year’s local elections, Miroslav Mićo Kraljević was elected mayor of Vlasenica. He is characterized by a questionable war and post-war biography. He was the commander of the so-called special police unit whose members raped, looted, killed, and imprisoned Bosniaks from Vlasenica.

His name was often mentioned at the Hague and in trials before the Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina. He has not been held accountable for what he did in the summer of 1992. Kraljević also has a final verdict for kidnapping in 2010. He admitted in court that in the autumn of 2010, he participated in the kidnapping of Lazo Vidaković, a councilor of Our Party in the Municipal Assembly of Osmaci, whom he held captive in Serbia.

Mićo Kraljević manages to save himself from responsibility for what he did during the war years, but he did not manage to save his sister Višnja Aćimović, who is accused of the murder of 37 Bosniaks.

A considerable number of other names from SIPA, OSA, Directorate for Coordination of Police Bodies, Ministry of Defense, and Armed Forces of BiH could be added to this list, who are on the lists for Srebrenica, or were on the payroll of the Yugoslav Army until 2001, and are now assigned to important positions.

And finally, Dodik, who controls almost all media in RS, could perhaps answer the question: when he talks about how he saved Bosniaks and Croats from Banja Luka during the war, from whom did he save them, who expelled them, and who wanted to kill them?
