(Patria) - Croatian Minister of Foreign and European Affairs Gordan Grlić Radman participated in a conference on strengthening and expanding the European Union in Berlin. On that occasion, a rather awkward moment was captured.
Namely, before the official photo session, Grlić Radman stood next to German Foreign Minister Annalena Baerbock. At one point, he extended his hand to his German colleague and then attempted to kiss her.
Baerbock pulled away, and you can see how this uncomfortable situation looked in the video.
