They are not in a hurry: Budget to be considered under shortened procedure after all

(Patria) - The session of the House of Representatives of BiH Parliament continued after a break of more than three hours. The break lasted until the meeting of the delegations of SDA, SNSD and HDZ concluded.

MP Saša Magazinović (SDP) pointed out a violation of the rules of procedure, as the session break lasted more than three hours.

"Genjac said that today we are voting on whether there will be elections or not, so let's hear what happened at the meeting in Istočno Sarajevo, so we know whether there will be elections or not," Magazinović stated.

Finally, in accordance with the agreement of the party leaders, the urgent procedure for the adoption of the Budget was rejected, and it will be considered under a shortened procedure. 

The commissions will still discuss the proposed Budget. As announced, the Budget should be adopted by July 21.

BiH has been "living" on temporary financing for half a year, and according to the law, Parliament should have adopted the Budget last December.
