Fan clashes in Sarajevo, police control seven individuals

(Patria) - A clash involving a larger number of individuals broke out in the afternoon hours near the National and Historical Museum in Sarajevo.

The portal Crna hronika published video footage of the unrest, showing dozens of fans, many wearing caps, and using flares.

The Ministry of Internal Affairs (MUP) of Sarajevo Canton issued a statement on the matter.

- Around 7:20 PM, a police patrol from the Novo Sarajevo Police Administration (PU) noticed a physical altercation between several individuals in the immediate vicinity of the National Museum during their patrol.

Currently, seven individuals are under police control. Police officers are on the scene - said MUP KS spokesperson Mersiha Novalić.
