SARAJEVO, (Patria) - NATO will adopt a new military strategy due to nuclear threats coming from Russia, said NATO Secretary General Jens Stoltenberg in an interview with the German newspaper 'Welt am Sonntag'.
"This week, our military experts decided to implement a new military strategy for the Alliance," Stoltenberg said, as reported by agencies.
According to him, the reason for taking such a step is "the nuclear threat coming from Russia."
He also clarified that the Alliance is facing new threats in the east and south.
"We need to remain fully prepared for defense and to ensure stability, which partly requires new military concepts," Stoltenberg said.
