(Patria) - The Ministry of Health in Gaza states in its latest update that 413 people have been killed and 2,300 wounded following retaliatory air strikes from Israel.
The latest official number of Israelis killed is around 600 - although there are reports that it is even higher.
Air strikes on Gaza continued throughout the day and night. Israel's security cabinet voted that the country is officially in a state of war and can carry out "significant military activities," the Prime Minister's office announced today, reports The Times of Israel.
