Continuation of Orić's Trial: Three BiH Prosecution Witnesses to Testify

The trial of the wartime commander of Srebrenica, Naser Orić, and his comrade-in-arms Sabahudin Muhić, accused of alleged war crimes in Srebrenica, continues before the Court of BiH, writes the Patria news agency.

Three new witnesses for the BiH Prosecution will testify. We remind you that during the trial so far, which began at the end of January, former members of the Army of Republika Srpska testified, who denied Orić's involvement in crimes in their statements.

Also, at the last hearing held on May 10, Taib Delimustafić, who is serving a prison sentence at the Foča Penitentiary, was supposed to testify, but prosecutor Miroslav Janjić told the Court of BiH that they had withdrawn from his testimony.

However, judge Šaban Maksumić asked for an explanation, asking the prosecutor why they had not called another witness in the meantime, but Janjić said that they had waited for Delimustafić until the last moment, so there was no time for new summons.
