Continuation of mutual accusations: Kulić transformed into a prosecutor

In statements given on 01/19/2015 to print and electronic media in BiH, the chief investigator of aviation accidents in BiH, Mr. Omer Kulić, transformed from the role of investigator into the role of prosecutor, attempting in this way to divert attention from the PLAGIARIZED REPORT, in his characteristic, unargued and sensationalist manner, towards the Civil Aviation Directorate of BiH (BHDCA), reports the Patria News Agency.

For the purpose of truthful information, BHDCA informs the public of the following:

1. The first commission, which investigated the causes of the accident of the Macedonian Government's aircraft, registration Z3-BAB, in 2004, was formed by the Minister of Communications and Transport of BiH, by Decision no. 01-342-136/04 of 03/02/2004, which is clearly stated on page IV of the Final Report of this commission, and the claims of Mr. Omer Kulić that BHDCA investigated itself in 2004 are completely untrue.

2. BHDCA is the expert institution of BiH in the field of civil aviation, with an orderly archive and register, and has no reason to fear anyone or anything, not even criminal investigations, as announced by investigator-prosecutor Kulić, especially since it is more than clear to every average educated resident of BiH that BHDCA cannot bear any responsibility for the facts that Mr. Kulić investigated completely unnecessarily, namely:

- the training and advancement of the crew of aircraft Z3-BAB (these activities were not carried out by BHDCA and they have no connection to them);

the work of the Civil Aviation Agency of Macedonia and the supervision of the Air Transport Sector of the Government of the Republic of Macedonia (these are institutions of the Republic of Macedonia and their work is not within the jurisdiction of BHDCA);

- the preparation and publication of the procedure for landing at Mostar airport (the flight of aircraft Z3-BAB on 02/26/2004, unfortunately, was not carried out according to the procedure, but as determined by the Commission led by Mr. Omer Kulić, at altitudes significantly below the altitudes prescribed by the procedure);

- the expenditure of 160,000 euros for the preparation of the PLAGIARIZED FINAL REPORT (this was spent and prepared by the Commission led by Mr. Omer Kulić, not BHDCA), it is stated at the end of the statement from the Directorate for Civil Aviation of BH.
