Continuation of Operation CD: SIPA arrests two more individuals

In continuation of activities within the operation codenamed “CD”, police officers of the State Investigation and Protection Agency (SIPA) today arrested individuals with initials S.S. and V.S., writes the Patria News Agency.

Individuals with initials S.S. and V.S. surrendered to the competent authorities, after which they were arrested due to the existence of grounds for suspicion that they committed the criminal offense of organized crime in connection with the criminal offense of human trafficking for the purpose of labor exploitation, money laundering, human smuggling, giving gifts and other forms of benefits, etc.

- The arrested individuals were brought to the official premises of SIPA, where criminal processing is being carried out, after which they will be handed over to the Prosecutor's Office of BiH for further proceedings. The joint investigation team formed regarding this case is intensively continuing activities towards shedding light on criminal offenses and documenting criminal activities - say SIPA.
