Our legal battle before the Hague Tribunal is BiH's greatest success since its independence

What has Bosnian/Bosniak expertise been reduced to.

With all due respect to the huge number of drivers and janitors who do their job, however, in BiH, drivers-janitors have become experts in international law, international relations, crime, and whatnot. I will not comment on the statement of a driver-janitor about international politics, but I will point out the following.

Does anyone in our country wonder how we managed to prove the joint criminal enterprise of Croatia and Serbia and how an international conflict, i.e., the aggression of Serbia and Croatia, was established before the ICTY in The Hague, and what was the role of Bosnian patriots and victims led by our office, which was managed by Vasvija Vidović and Amir Ahmić?

Many will say there are facts. And indeed there are. There are facts that in Palestine, a child is killed every 10 minutes. There are facts that horrific crimes have been committed in Syria, and there are many more facts about terrible crimes around the world that will never be proven before international courts.

We succeeded in proving, thanks to expertise and knowledge, and of course, victims and patriots who contributed. I will not fall for the deception of being called an incapable Bosniak. Our intellect and patriotism have won in The Hague, whether some like it or not.

Therefore, in our foreign policy and legal battle, the Hague Tribunal and its results are our greatest success since the independence of BiH, and that is why it is attacked, and that is why its legacy and BiH's cooperation with the ICTY are continuously denied.

I wish we had the opportunity to hear and see people from the ICTY who led the proceedings before the ICTY and proved genocide, joint criminal enterprise, and aggression. We don't even know who they are today, and we are supposed to discuss the statement of a driver-janitor. I do not agree to that.

The revision of the verdict against Serbia is just a trigger for the masses to attack citizens' sentiments, and the real goal is an attempt to trivialize the results of the Hague Tribunal and, of course - Bosniaks are to blame.

Do I need to remind, for the umpteenth time, that at the proposal of Russia in 2017, with Turkey's opposition, the PIC issued a statement in which it designated the submission of the revision to the International Court of Justice as an attack on the constitutional and legal order of BiH, i.e., as a blow to the work of the BiH Parliament and the Council of Ministers of BiH.

I would like to see and hear those ambassadors from that time tell us then and today why they thought the revision was a political, not a legal, issue, and to find out what the strongest countries in the world did to thwart us. No one is allowed to ask that, except us victims.

I think we, as a nation, should first evaluate what was done before the two courts in The Hague, and only then see where any omissions and weaknesses might have been. The opposite process is happening, which has been imposed on us, that we are incapable and corrupt, and that the courts have done nothing in The Hague.

I believe that the time will come when the aforementioned will be valued, and we will soon publish a book titled "Serbia and Croatia in the International Armed Conflict in BiH," which was written by top experts and contains exclusively quotes from the judgments of the ICTY/MICT, as our contribution to the court's legacy, but also to our joint struggle for these verdicts. Many would like to minimize and nullify it.
