13-YEAR-OLD BOY ATTACKED. IS HNK MUP PROTECTING HULIGANS AND ASSAILANTS?

(Patria) - Following the incursion of a group of hooligans into the settlement of Malo Polje near Blagaj last night, who beat up a minor, which is just one in a series of incursions and attacks on civilians and minors, the question arises whether the HNK MUP is protecting hooligans and assailants, asks the GO SDA Mostar.

"Considering that such events are becoming more frequent, and that perpetrators and their masterminds are almost never identified, apprehended, or prosecuted, the public is rightfully asking this question.

Given the inefficiency of the HNK MUP in identifying and apprehending individuals who have committed multiple similar criminal offenses, we call on FUP, OSU, and SIPA to become more actively involved and to protect all citizens of Mostar from hooligan and savage groups, in order to prevent any further escalation, as citizens' self-organization is increasingly mentioned in public.

The greatest responsibility certainly lies with the HNK MUP authorities, from whom we expect concrete reactions and activities.

We demand that the HNK Assembly and the City Council of Mostar hold a thematic session with one agenda item: the security situation in HNK, or rather in the City of Mostar, with a concrete report from the relevant ministry and the commissioner.

We expect reasonable and timely reactions from all officials in order to protect citizens and increase the level of security, it was announced.

We remind you that last night around 10:30 PM in Malo Polje near Blagaj, a group of five to six members of the fan group Ultrasi came from Buna, via Bunica, to Malo Polje and attacked a thirteen-year-old.

Namely, the group of Ultrasi, with an average age of 20, attacked the boy who was wearing a jersey with Velež symbols.

In addition to forcibly removing his jersey, even though he is a thirteen-year-old boy, this group of hooligans showed no mercy and brutally beat him with sticks.

The case has been reported to the HNK MUP.
