After raspberry growers' protest, the main road near Vitez unblocked

Due to citizens' protest, traffic was suspended on the M-5 Kaonik-Vitez main road in the village of Šantići. Until the end of the protest, traffic was redirected to alternative routes, it was announced from BIHAMK, writes Patria.

After the protest ended shortly before 12 PM, traffic flow on the M-5 Kaonik-Vitez section in the village of Šantići is operational again.

These are growers who are dissatisfied with the purchase price of raspberries.

Traffic is also proceeding without longer delays on other roads in our country. The road surface is dry, and the frequency of vehicles is of moderate intensity. Shorter delays are possible on sections where renovation works are being carried out, and where temporary traffic signals have been installed, the observance of which is mandatory.
