After the attempted murder of Raščić, police in Goražde are on alert, other MUPs, FUP informed...

(Patria) - Following last night's attempted murder of Almir Raščić in Goražde, whose life doctors at KCUS are fighting for, a working consultation meeting of deputies in the BPK Assembly was held today, attended by Police Commissioner Damir Bogunić. 

As Commissioner Bogunić stated, all police forces have been deployed since last night, especially the Criminal Police Sector.

"We have informed all police stations in neighboring municipalities, the MUP of Sarajevo Canton, as well as the Federal Police Administration. I believe we will find out the motive and the perpetrator in the shortest possible time. We have some information that is not for public release at the moment, so police officers are continuing their work," said the Police Commissioner of BPK Goražde, Damir Bogunić, for Avaz. 

What emerged as a necessity after this shocking event that has unsettled the residents of Goražde is the strengthening of the Police Administration of the MUP of BPK, as well as covering all important points in Goražde and at its exits with video surveillance. 

We remind you that Raščić was attacked after he left the entrance of the building where he lives and headed towards his car. The attacker shot him in the head, and he is in extremely serious condition. Raščić is a former footballer, as is his brother Admir Raščić, who is in shock due to the attack on his brother.
