(Patria) - The number of people killed in Iranian retaliatory attacks on Israel has risen to three, while 91 people have been injured, Israeli media report.
According to Israeli public broadcaster KAN, a woman who was injured in the first wave of missile attacks from Iran succumbed to her injuries.
Two more Israelis, injured in a later missile attack in the central part of the country, have also died.
The number of injured in the Iranian attacks has increased to 91, and three of the 21 people injured in the latest waves of attacks are in critical or serious condition, KAN reported.
Israel launched a military operation early on Friday, targeting Iranian nuclear and military facilities and killing their top military commanders and scientists.
The attacks continued until Friday evening, with cities such as Tehran, Natanz, Tabriz, and Isfahan being hit.
Iranian Supreme Leader Ayatollah Ali Khamenei promised a harsh response, which began last night.
