The best thing about the new BH Telecom building is that it was built by domestic companies

Today in Sarajevo is marked by two important events. At 2 PM, the new BH Telecom building, worth around 37 million marks, was opened, and tonight at 8 PM, the Sarajevo bypass on Corridor 5C will open, the most significant traffic infrastructure project in Sarajevo in the last 30 years, which also cost around 37 million marks.

Nedžad Rešidbegović, General Director of BH Telecom, told the Bosnian news agency Patria (NAP) that both projects have special value because they were built by domestic companies.

The Sarajevo bypass was built by construction firms Euroasfalt and ŽGP, while the new BH Telecom building was built by firms OKI and Unioninvest from Sarajevo.

- When we look at these two projects, we can freely conclude that our domestic businessmen are truly of higher quality. Domestic is best – Rešidbegović told the Patria agency.

The new BH Telecom building, located in the center of Sarajevo, at Franca Lehara Street 7, was designed by Bosnian architects Ahmed Kapidžić and Hasan Ćemalović.

The building covers more than 8,000 square meters. It will house the company's general directorate, executive directorates, as well as other important directorates of one of the largest Bosnian companies, writes Patria.
