BH Telecom Supervisory Board Appoints New Management Board

In accordance with the Decision of the Government of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina on granting prior consent to the BH Telecom Supervisory Board for making decisions on the dismissal and appointment of acting members of the BH Telecom Management Board, the BH Telecom Supervisory Board, at its session held on December 26, 2014, made a decision on the dismissal of acting members of the Management Board of the joint-stock company BH Telecom, reports the Patria news agency.

Dismissed from their duties were acting General Director of BH Telecom Nedžad Rešidbegović, acting Executive Director of the Executive Directorate for Business Development Hamdo Katica, acting Executive Director of the Executive Directorate for Legal Affairs, Organization and Human Resources Management Bakir Ćelosmanović, acting Executive Director of the Executive Directorate for Technology and Service Development Elvidin Kovač, acting Executive Director of the Executive Directorate for Investments Jasminko Akšamija, acting Executive Director of the Executive Directorate for Information Technologies Dženana Muračević, and acting Executive Director of the Executive Directorate for Economic and Financial Affairs Aida Štajnbauer.

At the same time, the BH Telecom Supervisory Board made a decision appointing Mirsad Zaimović as acting General Director, Hamdo Katica as acting Executive Director of the Executive Directorate for Business Development, Bakir Ćelosmanović as acting Executive Director of the Executive Directorate for Legal Affairs, Organization and Human Resources Management, Elvidin Kovač as acting Executive Director of the Executive Directorate for Technology and Service Development, Adnan Huremović as acting Executive Director of the Executive Directorate for Investments, Dženana Muračević as acting Executive Director of the Executive Directorate for Information Technologies, and Aida Štajnbauer as acting Executive Director of the Executive Directorate for Economic and Financial Affairs.

They were appointed for a period of up to six months, starting from January 1, 2015, with the obligation of the Supervisory Board to conduct a competitive procedure for the selection and appointment of members of the BH Telecom Management Board in the meantime, the company announced.
